A Note from Pastor Walrath
My Dear Christian Friends, God is full of blessings and through you He abundantly showered me. Thank you for these wonderful seven years together as pastor and people. Truly, it has been a joy!
Thank you for the wonderful retirement celebration. It touched my heart that you graciously arranged the banquet and coffee hour. I enjoyed mixing and mingling with you all. I treasure the cards and well wishes and I was totally floored by the presentation of the collective gift. I have been blessed. I thank you and I thank God for you. Retirement is different – but I’ll get the hang of it sooner or later. The Lord sees His people through transitions in life. He is so good. Finally, thank you for your partnership with me in gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. It really is all about Him!
In your prayers, please remember:
- Those dealing with health challenges
- Those in hospital
- Those in mourning
- Our seniors as they face each day with courage and faith
- Those who struggle with dementia and their loved ones who care for them
- Pastor Greg Johnson as he continues to meditate on his Call to Prince of Peace.
- We should also remember in our prayers the congregation of Our Saviour in Etobicoke as they await his decision.
God Bless you all, see you next Sunday
