“Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised,
and his greatness is unsearchable.
One generation shall commend your works to another,
and shall declare your mighty acts.”
(Psalm 145:3-4 ESV)
Dear Friends,
Greetings in Jesus’ name.
I need you to pray with me that we as individuals and then, of course, as a congregation, will make the next generation know the marvelous works of the Lord so that they too may praise Him.
One way to do this is to encourage young families to bring their children to our Vacation Bible School weekend. However, the possibilities are endless for talking to people about what Jesus means to you or looking for ways to connect them to the ministry of our church, Prince of Peace.
Just think, if we simply remained quiet for a generation, the Christian Church would become extinct. The Gospel is a living message. The Church is a living organism. Remaining mute about Jesus and what He means to you is simply not an option.
Even if your main Christian labour is to be a friendly face at Prince of Peace, that makes both members and guests alike feel welcome. We are all part of the work of God’s people. We are never done. God is always at work – and He wants to incorporate us in that effort.
“Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised,
and his greatness is unsearchable.
One generation shall commend your works to another,
and shall declare your mighty acts.”

Anti-spam Legislation: Since I arrived and began this weekly PoP Enews, I have always asked individuals if they would like to receive this email before adding them to our subscription list. I would like to believe that we have followed the spirit of the new anti-spam legislation well before it became law. However, I will say here that if you no longer wish to receive this email, simply reply or click here and type “Please Unsubscribe.” I am hoping that you will continue to find this email helpful and encouraging. Your comments are welcome.
