Vacancy Pastor, Rev. Robert Krestick, continues to lead each Sunday in Bible Study and Worship. Pastor Jim Schnarr helps with teaching confirmation and visiting shut-ins. We appreciate and thank them for helping us out during this vacancy. If you should have any Pastoral needs during our vacancy, please call any of our elders. They will address your concerns to the appropriate Pastor.
Christmas Poinsettias – If you would like to donate Poinsettias for our Christmas Worship display we ask you to have them at the church by Sunday, December 23. Poinsettias can be collected after the Christmas Day service. Thank You, Altar Guild
Pastor Krestick will be heading to Costa Rica/Nicaragua in January with LCC mission Team Zion and would welcome donations to help fund supplies for these two missions. You can mark donations “Nica” or Team Zion.
MEN’S STREET MINISTRY meets face to face with the homeless and less fortunate in downtown Hamilton. Roger Boyd and his team of volunteers distribute soup, sandwiches, snacks, beverages and used clothing to those in need on the streets of Hamilton. The mission is to provide food and clothing and show God’s love to those we meet along the way. The ministry is supported by generous donations of food and clothing, mostly Facebook followers who see what we do and see that we give directly to those who need it most.
We need your help and here is how you can support the project! Clothing donations: At this time we primarily provide clothing to men and this includes: Hoodies, coats (appropriate to the season), sweatpants, socks, underwear, belts, running shoes, boots, backpacks and rain gear. Bedding: Sleeping bags, blankets. A box will be in the coat room for your kind donations. So as we start trying on our winter clothes and find the washer shrunk them, please bring them in to donate.
PLEASE KEEP IN YOUR PRAYERS THIS WEEK all those dealing with health challenges
